One of my clients does it in his office. Another one of my clients does it in the park. Still another has done it several times on Miami Beach!

Welcome to the future of fitness! SkypeFIT  for yoga and pilates is here!

By using the power of a wifi signal, I am able to come to your home while still being in mine (or Starbucks, or the park, or the beach – I like to do it in different places too!!!)

SkypeFIT is an exciting new way that I am connecting with my clients on both the east and west coast. It allows me to retain clients who have moved out of NYC and continue to work with clients who travel frequently. Don’t stress yourself trying to find a yoga or pilates studio when you travel, take it with you.

Though I’m calling it SkypeFIT, I can actually connect with you through the following programs Skype, Tango and Fringe and Face Time. All of these programs are free video chat programs that you can use via wifi on your PC/Mac, tablet, IPad, IPod Touch or IPhone.

I currently only offer Pilates and Yoga Sessions held inside of your home using SkypeFIT. I do not offer SkypeFIT services for sessions which take place inside of public health clubs or non-private studios/fitness centers. I do offer SkypeFit services for sessions which take place in a wi-fi enabled park or beach.
