PER SESSION

My Per Session Fitness and Dance Training sessions allow you the flexibility to meet with me at your convenience and the ability to put your sessions on hold if you are a person who travels quite often. Each fitness (CoreFIT) and dance (DanceFIT) session is a 60 minute session that takes place in the mornings and evenings (weekends by appointment) in NYC in the convenience of your home and/or building’s gym.

My specialty is as a core specialist and I work with people of all body types both male and female. From smaller clients who seek to develop strength and tone larger clients who seek to keep their mass and gain flexibility. My clients are leaner, stronger and by default more toned and defined. Reach out to me if you’d like to work on your core strength, flexibility, toning and definition as the work I do (along with a sensible diet) helps to develop lean muscle mass.
