I provide personal and group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, TRX and Dance lessons primarily in Manhattan as well as some parts of Brooklyn and Queens. My sessions allow you the flexibility to meet with me at your convenience and the ability to put your sessions on hold if you are a person who travels quite often.

Each Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, TRX (CoreFIT) and dance (DanceFIT) session is a 60 minutes. Sessions are conveniently scheduled before, during or after your workday and on weekends by appointment; and, conveniently held in your home, office, the gym in your building or at work or in a multiuse studio space.

My focus is core and resistance along with cardio and endurance work. I work with people of all body types and genders, from smaller clients who seek to develop strength and tone to larger clients who seek to keep their mass and gain flexibility. My clients are leaner, stronger and by default more toned and defined.

My DanceFIT program is designed with your individual needs in mind. It is a way for you to learn new moves and stay in shape in the process.  Say goodbye to the cookie cutter approach which does not respect the limitations of your body or incorporate your previous experience. From the convenience of your home or a private midtown studio, you will learn the basics of dance or advance your dance skills.
