My monthly training program is a subscription based program. Choose from distance only online personal training or training subscriptions which include 1 or 2 in person sessions per month.
This service is used for strength, resistance, core and aerobic training programs as well as for yoga and pilates programs. All distance training programs include private member only videos designed specifically for you and your needs.
In addition, all of my CoreFIT In Person/Per Session clients get a limited client account where they can track their progress, view their fitness calendar, print out session info and contact me directly with any questions.
My subscription based training program is great for:
- clients who travel frequently and want to workout when away from home but don’t know what to do
- clients who start training with me in NYC but then move to another city or clients who live part time in NYC
- clients who have an irregular schedule and/or live in a location that will not allow for CoreFIT In Person training sessions
- clients who are looking for someone to manage training regimen and assist them in reaching their goals.
- clients who want to work with me but find that CoreFIT In Person Training sessions are not in their budget at this time

Please note: Online Fitness training with monthly In Person CoreFIT training sessions are use it or loose it. Your session(s) may be scheduled at any point throughout the month but they do not roll over to the next month.
