My monthly training program is a subscription based program which combines 1, 2 or 4 in person sessions per month with online fitness instruction. There is even an option to have online fitness instruction only if you are outside of the NYC area.
Various levels of this service include:
- in person/online CoreFIT Training
- online only CoreFIT Training
- SkypeFIT (Pilates/Yoga only)
- PhoneFIT (for people with limited computer access or prefer phone consultations)
All of my CoreFIT Clients get a Client Account where they can view their fitness calendar , print out their sessions and contact me directly with any questions.
My subscription based training program is great for:
- clients who travel frequently and want to workout when away from home but don’t know what to do
- clients who start training with me in NYC but then move to another city or client who live part time in NYC
- clients who’s schedule and/or location will not allow for In Person training sessions
- clients who work out in a gym, can’t afford a trainer and need someone to manage their training program
- clients who want to work with me but can not afford weekly personal training sessions

Please note: Monthly training programs are use it or loose it. If you have a weekly session scheduled and you miss your session for that week it does not roll over to the next week or month.
